On-line learning is fine as long as you don't do it while at work, unless there's a set time set aside for people to do this (away from your work location - too many interruptions, or too busy). Also if it can be done on a buddy system (2 or 3) that would work out best - if someone is weak in one area, the others can compensate.

I was not able to get the help I needed in learning 2.0 as I would have wanted. There are so many cool things to discover and I wanted to get a better grasp of it, but did not have adequate help.
